Vivia is the creative director of Floris Special Events NY and a lifestyle specialist, designing and producing unique events all over the world.
During her 20 years as an event planner, Vivia has worked on political fundraisers, charitable causes, movie premieres, book releases, museum openings, art openings, holiday celebrations, weddings and music festivals. Vivia’s fluency in English, Greek, French, Spanish, and Italian assisted her on this journey and has led to a global roster of clients.
Her familiarity with etiquette and protocol are unique traits that make her a great asset to them, as does the ease in which she understands their desires.

Litsa Floris is the founder and creative force behind Floris Special Events.
Since establishing the company more than two decades ago, Litsa has been recognized in Manhattan social and charitable circles for her outstanding work, having chaired and organized events for organizations like the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation, The National Philoptochos and others close to her heart, as well as planning some of the City’s most notable galas and weddings.
Now known as a trendsetter for special events in Greece, Litsa is sought after as a lifestyle expert on a worldwide basis.
